FOR USA AND CANADA:
You will need a commercial 110V outlet with a 20 amp capacity to operate a single deck Donna Italia oven. The double-deck oven will require two outlets, 20 amp each, or a dedicated 40 amp breaker. The double-deck oven will arrive with two cords. DOWNLOAD A DIAGRAM

EVERYWHERE ELSE:
You will need a commercial 230V outlet with a 16 amp capacity to operate either single or double-deck ovens. Both ovens will arrive with one electrical cord.

Due to Donna Italia's oven space-saving design and ventless operation, you can place it on a counter. All it needs to work is an outlet.

Place it on a cool, flat, dry surface such as a countertop. Keep the oven at least 4" (10 cm) of space on all sides of the oven to allow for adequate air circulation.

Do not place the Donna Italia oven next to sinks, deep fryers, grills, or on top of other equipment.

Watch a video or follow the steps below:

1. Turn the oven on by pressing the power knob. Turn the light switch on to illuminate the baking chamber. Wait for 15-30 minutes for the oven to reach 662°F (350°C).
2. Remove a defrosted pizza from its packaging and place the pizza in the oven with a pizza peel. You can add toppings before placing the pizza in the oven.
3. Set the timer by pressing on the timer button once, making sure it reads 180 seconds and then pressing it again. The timer will beep after three minutes (180 seconds).
4. When the pizza-ready alarm starts beeping, carefully remove the pizza from the oven with a pizza peel.
5. Place the pizza on a plate, slice, garnish and serve while hot.

DOs:

1. During business hours, keep the oven on. Our ovens consume a minimal amount of energy and should not noticeably contribute to your monthly electrical bill.
2. You can turn the bottom chamber of the oven off during off-peak hours if you use a double-deck oven. Keep the top chamber working.
3. Check the temperature of the oven is around 650F (340C) before baking pizza.
4. Bake only Donna Italia pizzas in Donna Italia ovens.

DON'Ts:

1. Do not place the Donna Italia oven next to sinks, deep fryers, grills, or on top of other equipment.
2. Even one drop of water can cause the hot glass door to crack.
3. Do not place cardboard, plastic, foil, or paper inside the oven. It can catch fire.
4. Do not let toppings or oil fall onto the baking surface. The stone will absorb any liquid that touches it.
5. Avoid opening the oven door while baking. It will reduce the temperature of the oven.
6. Do not disassemble the oven or try to repair it by yourself. Call us instead at 800-366-2872 for assistance or open an oven service ticket online.

1. Turn off and unplug the oven.
2. Wait at least 30 minutes until the oven cools down before cleaning.

Cleaning Stone:
At the end of the day, once the stone has cooled completely, scrape off any baked-on food with a pizza peel and reach in with a dry towel to take the food out. Don't worry if your stone gets stained—that's natural and will not affect the flavor of the following pizza you will bake.

Cleaning Glass Door:
Use an easy-off oven cleaner or any grease remover on the glass only. Use a damp cloth to make sure you remove the applied oven cleaner entirely. Clean glass only when the oven is completely cold.

Cleaning Exterior:
When the oven is cool, clean the exterior with a damp kitchen cloth with multi-quat sanitizer or window cleaner. Clean the oven at the end of each day or before the start of the next shift.

DOs:

1. Clean the oven only when the oven is cold and unplugged.
2. Use only a dry cloth or brush to clean inside the oven.

DONT's:

1. Do not clean the oven while it is hot. Even one drop of water can cause the hot glass door to crack.
2. Do not clean the inside of the oven with liquid. It will damage the stone.
3. Do not use a degreaser or oven cleaner on the oven. It can take the paint off.
