STONE-BAKING TECHNOLOGY
The Donna Italia's high-quality stone heats up quickly and holds a very high temperature. When pizza is baked on a stone, the crust begins to cook immediately, mimicking the baking style of a traditional brick oven resulting in far tastier crust.
