ROYAL BLUE CHEESE PIZZA

Blue is the cheese of emperors — and not just because of its color. Charlemagne himself favored this delicacy, which was discovered quite by accident when a cheese was forgotten in a cave by a lovelorn cheese maker and discovered months later covered with tasty mold.

Here's how you can make your own royal pizza and enjoy the mouth-watering taste of this tangy cheese paired with piquant greens for a pizza that people can't help but love.

What you need:

  • About 80 grams of blue cheese
  • A handful of rocket lettuce leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt

What you do:

Crumble the blue cheese over the uncooked pizza. Sprinkle olive oil and coarse salt to taste and put it in the oven. Spread the rocket leaves over the pizza (around 6) as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven.
