Cream Ingredients:
Mascarpone cheese (cream, milk, citric acid), sugar, pasteurized egg yolks, pasteurized cream, palm kernel oil, glucose syrup, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides), sodium caseinate (milk), locust bean gum, dipotassium phosphate.
Ladyfingers Ingredients:
Coffee (water, instant coffee); ladyfingers (wheat flour, sugar, eggs, leavening agents [sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate], glucose syrup, natural flavors, salt).
