- Pinsa: Approx. 7 - 13" / 18 - 35cm
- 100% natural, no preservatives, no added sugar
- Special mix of Italian flours
- Enhanced hydration
- Long dough fermentation
- Dusted with semolina for crispier, yet fluffier crust
- Par-baked
- Preheat Donna Italia oven for about 30 minutes.
- Thaw and unwrap Pinsa crust.
- Add desired toppings (optional).
- Bake Alla Pala for approximately 3 minutes or until fully-cooked.
- Flash-frozen at origin: not to re-freeze after defrosting.
- Keep frozen at 0°F. Once thawed, refrigerate (up to 40 °F) and use within 72 hours.
- Shelf life is 18 months from manufacture date.
